Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

Free-tier users receive a limited number of credits per month. Unused credits do not roll over to subsequent months.

The Service, including its design, code, content, and features, is owned by Avanti Growth Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service queries third-party AI platforms to generate brand visibility analysis and recommendations. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs. You should independently verify any insights before making business decisions based on them.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avanti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
